So the solution to Clark County’s lagging education scores comes down to the salaries of the decision-makers (“CCSD trustees could get raises under Nevada bill,” Feb. 27 Review-Journal)? Who knew we could magically increase graduation rates and student achievement by paying non-educators more tax money? Image the past outcomes for students if we had figured this out years ago.
