I was heartened to learn that all of the pressing issues have been addressed by the Clark County Commission. The June 7 Taste of the Town column revealed that Clark County has now followed the leads of those nutcases in Los Angeles and San Francisco in urging residents to observe meatless Mondays. The conversion to becoming Eastern California is proceeding as planned.
