Las Vegas’ median sales price of a previously owned single-family house is rising. Despite the increase, home prices are still below their bubble-era peaks. The median sales price of a previously owned single-family home peaked at $315,000 in mid-2006. Adjusted for inflation, the peak was around $392,430 in today’s dollars — more than $92,000 above the current median.
