How wide is America’s nutrition knowledge gap? [Infographic]

(BPT) - When it comes to eating healthy, even the most conscientious consumers may find it difficult to get all of the vitamins and minerals they need every day from food alone. In fact, you may be surprised to learn that many adults don’t get enough of six essential nutrients – vitamins A, C, D, and E, and the minerals calcium and magnesium. To better understand why these dietary gaps exist, Prevention and Centrum (R) conducted a national survey to assess how Americans perceive key vitamins and minerals.
