Arena Football team mimics ‘The Rock’ in touchdown celebration — VIDEO

When it comes to touchdown celebrations, Terrell Owens and Chad Johnson/Ochocinco have got nothing on Tiger Jones, who paid homage to former WWE wrestler Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson after catching a TD pass in the Jacksonville Sharks' Arena Football League win over the Tampa Bay Storm on Saturday night.

Jones started off the celebration by clotheslining lineman Moqut Ruffins and then pretending to bounce off the ropes before dropping the "People's Elbow," The Rock's signature move, on Ruffins. Teammate London Crawford then pinned Ruffins as another Shark counted him out.

Johnson smelled what the Sharks were cooking, posting on Twitter, "Possibly the greatest TD celebration of all time. #PeoplesElbow #TheSharks We smell it!"

Taking a subtle shot at the NFL, aka the No Fun League, Sharks operating manager Jeff Bouchy praised his players for their creativity.

"This is why we call the AFL the All Fun League,"€ he told the team's website. "€œTiger and his teammates have set a new bar for creative celebrations, and the team is fired up to be recognized by The Rock himself. "€˜The People'€™s Team"€™ has a nice ring to it. It would be great if we can get The People's Champion to Jacksonville to see The People'€™s Team. Can you smell what the Sharks are cookin'?"
