San Francisco 49ers-NEW YORK GIANTS (Over 43½)

The 49ers have played three straight high-scoring road games, and the Giants have allowed points in bunches all season. Seattle dominated the Giants in the trenches last week, racking up 351 yards rushing, so San Francisco running backs Frank Gore and Carlos Hyde could run wild along with quarterback Colin Kaepernick. The Giants’ Eli Manning is starting to develop a rapport with his young receivers. The weather forecast for New York looks good, so look over the total.

Oakland Raiders (+10½) over SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

Don’t be fooled by the record, because the Raiders (0-9) have been competitive in four of their past five games. That included taking the Chargers to the brink in a 31-28 loss on Oct. 12. San Diego is still beat up on the offensive line, potentially starting its fourth center of the season. Manti Te’o and Jason Verrett could return to help the defense, but both players are questionable.

AIR FORCE (-2) over UNR

The weatherman is telling us it’s going to be 28 degrees at kickoff in Colorado Springs, Colo., with a 40 percent chance of snow. Advantage: The guys who run a lot. This isn’t the Air Force of last season. Three players have scored at least five rushing touchdowns, and Jacobi Owens is on the doorstep of a 1,000-yard rushing season. The Falcons are 4-0 at home, including a 28-14 victory over Boise State. UNR quarterback Cody Fajardo is really good. I’m just not sure he will see the ball enough.

MATT YOUMANS LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL (6-4)

GREEN BAY PACKERS (-5½) over Philadelphia Eagles

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers can handle the cold weather and a Philadelphia defense missing injured linebacker DeMeco Ryans. Green Bay, which has won and covered five of its past six games, is averaging 41.5 points in four home games. The Eagles are not pushovers, unlike the Bears, but Mark Sanchez is not in Rodgers’ league. Both offenses will play at a fast pace, and the Packers should win a shootout.
