Big night for UNLV-bound Rashad Vaughn
Findlay Prep’s Rashad Vaughn scored 43 points, including a school record-tying nine 3-pointers on Monday night. Findlay Prep guard Rashad Vaughn has settled on a college choice, but he’s not done making an impression at the prep level.
Less than a week after announcing he would attend UNLV, Vaughn poured in 43 points for Findlay Prep in a 116-71 victory over Planet Athlete at Henderson International School on Monday night.
Vaughn tied Cory Joseph’s school-record by making nine 3-pointers in the game.
He also added six rebounds and four assists as Findlay Prep improved to 26-4 on the season. The Pilots recorded 34 assists in the victory.
