Brewers player trolls umpire after 2nd home run in game — VIDEO

In a scene reminiscent of the football players who have inexplicably cost their teams touchdowns by casually dropping the ball a yard before they actually cross the goal line, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Khris Davis was initially called out on a home run for not touching home plate in Monday’s game against the Giants.

The call was reversed after a lengthy review of a replay that showed Davis’ heel barely touched the edge of the plate.

We’re guessing Davis won’t leave any future bombs up for debate. After homering again in his next at-bat against San Francisco starter Tim Lincecum, Davis emphatically stepped on the middle of home plate.
