Bulls blow out Wranglers 6-2

Matt Tassone and Eddie DelGrosso scored consecutive third-period goals for the Wranglers, but San Francisco countered with two goals in the final 78 seconds to punctuate a 6-2 victory over Las Vegas on Sunday afternoon at the Orleans Arena.

The Bulls (8-12-3, 19 points) netted two goals in each of the first two periods to build a 4-0 lead and chase Mitch O’Keefe (17 saves).

Travis Fullerton stopped eight of nine shots for the Wranglers, who fell to 7-12-1 (15 points).

Six different players scored goals for San Francisco, with Brett Findlay finishing with a goal and two assists.

Tassone scored his sixth goal on the power play seven minutes into the third and DelGrosso netted a shorthanded goal with 3:53 to go. Defenseman Nolan Julseth-White had two assists for Las Vegas, which will play at Colorado on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday before returning home to host Ontario, Calif., on Dec. 16.
