Findlay Prep repeats as ESPN tourney champions

Cory Joseph scored 17 points to lead the Findlay Prep basketball team to a 59-46 win over Montverde (Fla.) Academy in the championship game of the ESPN RISE National High School Invitational on Saturday at Coppin State in Baltimore.
The Pilots (32-2) repeated as champions at the tournament, which is in its second year.
Joseph, a senior guard, shot 6-for-10 from the field. Teammate Tristan Thompson contributed 15 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks.
The top-seeded Eagles (23-5) used a 7-0 run to take a 37-36 lead late in the third quarter, but the No. 2 seed Pilots responded with a 13-0 run that stretched into the fourth period.
