Race 1 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
D Pirates Marker – Hard not to like her from the high percentage Hollendorfer barn; Talamo will sit chilly for one run.
G. I. Betty – Stretching out around 2-turns for the first time; figures to be forwardly placed exiting quicker sprints.
Long Shot – Pokomoke
Race 2 – 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $41,000, Claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds
Sunshine Ridge – Sadler drops him down to the price tag he claimed him for; has run well facing better, dropped to win.
Kona Wind – Didn’t lift a leg last time in his Cushion track debut; connections tried to get him on grass two races ago.
Long Shot – Daytona
Race 3 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $24,000, Claiming $20,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
La Serenata – Chalky looking early pick 4, this filly lost a head bob while facing tougher foes in last; very short price.
Gold Datnoid – Talamo has no choice but to settle in arrears early and pray for a fast pace; will find her best stride late.
Long Shot – Victory’s Reward
Race 4 – 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $46,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up
Wineshine – Good test drive in debut for Baffert; barn switching to hot bugboy Talamo for the money shot, bred to turf.
Earnednevergiven – Took some betting in debut, got off slowly and was gaining late; should improve a lot in second start.
Long Shot – Lemon
Race 5 – 6 furlongs, Purse $51,000, Optional claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
So Long Sonoma – Closer should see a perfect pace scenario to do her best running late; there is speed galore to set her up.
Wee Bit Fancy – Logical chalk is from the amazingly ice cold Mullins barn; thought he was loaded for the meet, firing blanks.
Long Shot – Bid of Genius
Race 6 – 6 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Geri Hears an Echo – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to claiming; leap of faith from the hot Sherman barn.
Island Lightning – She is pretty long in the tooth, winless in 7-starts; she has been facing better and Potts is capable.
Long Shot – Military Woman
Race 7 – 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $51,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Summer Event – Talamo exiting others to ride back for Sherman; she was very impressive in her MSW win, now facing winners.
Hello Bolly – Been knocking at the door, now Mandella tabs main man Espinoza; stretching out, expect her to sit close up.
Long Shot – Valley Storm
Race 8 – 5 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, 2-year-olds
Frote Mi Panza – FTS from the very underrated Miller barn; like that big name rider Nakatani is taking the call.

Long Shot – Lincoln City
Best Bet – La Serenata (race 3)
Hollywood Sunday – Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 18/5/$30.00; Long Shots, 8/1/$12.80; Best Bet, 1/0/$0
