Asian Eyes – Taking a huge class drop to face these; Peter Miller reunites filly with Martin Pedroza.
Kilmartin Hall – Sharp win off the claim by Ron Ellis; she is dropped in class, interesting strategy.
Long Shot – Sportie’s Squeeze
Race 2 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $38,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up
Lowther Street – Did everything but win last time in a sharp run; repeat race makes him the one to beat.
Gobbler’s Knob – Sleeper pick is long in the tooth, 18 losses; he teases by cashing a lot of paychecks.
Long Shot – Street Royale
Race 3 – 7 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
Gold Star Status – Faltered in turf experiment last time; returns to main track where he likes synthetic.
Exotic Story – Tepid chalk figures to be the controlling early speed; could see Aaron Gryder send him hard.
Long Shot – Lemon
Race 4 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $12,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Isabella’s Crown – Turns back in distance from 2-turn routes to elongated sprint; best will come in the lane.
Reel Danger – This one is on the trainer; Jeff Mullins charge did a classic pop and stop in her career debut.
Long Shot – Love Our Grandkids
Race 5 – 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $39,000, Optional claiming $25,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Ms Toomsuba – Slow win in last in turf debut; she is capable of better, sleeper pick at a square price.
Onebadkitty – Been away 11-months, but showed a lot of talent; key will be how cranked up she is for this.
Long Shot – Waveline
Race 6 – 6 furlongs, Purse $12,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Cubs Molina – Returns to the level he ran a fast closing second at; Gryder will sit midpack and grind late.
The Emerald King – Been away 10-months, but faces a less than daunting task; tactical speed to sit a trip.
Long Shot – Outlaw Yodeler
Race 7 – 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $31,000, Claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Heathersdaddysbaby – Speedball will appreciate the turf rail out 20 feet; big class drop can only help her.
Tough Apples – Has shown improvement since claimed by John Sadler; Bejarano will sit back and make one run.
Long Shot – Asesome Feat
Race 8 – 6 furlongs, Purse $12,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Don’t Forget Muq – Ran a winning race in last for this bottom class level; if he improves a step, he wins.
Sailboat Sam – Ran evenly off the claim and an 8-month hiatus for Dan Hendricks; should show some improvement.
