TODAY AT HOLLYWOOD PARK

Post Time 1:20 p.m.
Race 1 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $36,000, Claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds
Change Your Mask - Mike Mitchell off the claim is constant in SoCal; owner Bob Bone selects many live ones, expect improvement.
M Biarritz - Doug O'Neill has an uncoupled entry, necessary to make the race go; outside posts are stinky at this distance.
Long Shot - Outlaw Jones
Race 2 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $26,000, Maiden claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Four Paws - Like the big class drop from MSW to maiden claiming versus the favorite; her races two and three back are good.
Texas Dolly - Morning line chalk was claimed by Rafael Becerra last time out; small, but important, class rise for this.
Long Shot - Quite Beautiful
Race 3 - 1 1/4 miles, Purse $57,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 4-year-olds and up
Mostacolli Mort - His Cushion track win last time was a real crusher; not sure if he's even facing a tougher group today.
Fire Wood - He has been stuck at this same class level now for two years; he's consistent, 12 seconds in 28 lifetime starts.
Long Shot - Capitano
Race 4 - 4 1/2 furlongs, Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, 2-year-olds
Streamin Heat - Wesley Ward did not win as many baby drag races in Arcadia as we're accustomed too; this filly will be quick.
Comic Club - Slight favorite has shown plenty of speed in a.m. drills; Joe Talamo has been struggling to maintain his business.
Long Shot - Mountain Guide
Race 5 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $41,000, Claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds
Professnl Courtesy - Was bothered badly in the stretch last time in a key juncture of the race; his lone turf race stunk.
Doneitagain - Mitchell claimed this horse at Gulfstream, makes his SoCal debut today; this is a very evenly matched group.
Long Shot - Tracton's Golden
Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Smooch - Note she's taking a big class drop from open claiming to non-winners of two races lifetime; will be a very short price.
No Name Just Game - Second best to Ann's Plan last time who won again on Wednesday; will be grinding forward in the stretch.
Long Shot - Proud Garrison
Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $54,000, Optional claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Starry Pursuit - Can sit a perfect ground saving trip, especially if Ingrid the Gambler leads; her race two back was good.
Ingrid the Gambler - Speedball fell apart last time in the much tougher Las Cienegas; gets class relief here, the one to catch.
Long Shot - Dancing Sky
Race 8 - 1 1/8th miles, Purse $16,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Poet of Cloth - In Joel Rosario we trust; there is no early speed in the field, so expect him to sit a bit closer today.
Bertie Boy - Tepid chalk has been in the money his four starts, that's better than most in here; will be grinding late.
Long Shot - Most Decorated
Best Bet - Four Paws (race 2)
Hollywood Wednesday- Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 16/6/$41.40; Long Shots, 8/0/$0; Best Bet, 1/1/$5.80
