1 Zeekid — Drops and shortens up and should work out a good trip from the rail.

4 Stormin Reef — First-time starter catches a weak field.

Race 4 — 1 1/16 miles, Purse $16,000, Claiming $12,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

7 Teasing Moment — Didn’t miss by much last time. Love the jockey switch from Pena to Talamo.

8 Private Marina — Has been in the hunt since breaking maiden three races back. Marty Garcia rides today.

10 Empty Headed — Got up by a head in last start at these conditions. Can definitely repeat here.

5 Lambo Luxx — Love the dropping and stretching out angle, plus going turf to dirt. Has speed to steal this.

4 Camryn Kate — Classy mare owned by Henderson’s Bob Cannon ready to win after three-month layoff.

8 Home Journey — Grade 3 stakes winner likely the speed of the speed. Will be flying down the hill.

SIMULCAST PLAY OF THE DAY — #5 Interpol (6-1) in race 8 at Woodbine. The turf racing has finally begun at Canada’s premier track, and this son of English Channel should run well on Woodbine’s European-style course after winning there last year. $25 win and place. Thursday’s pick Monster Hit won at Golden Gate Fields and paid $6.60 to win.
