■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Cashman Field, Reese Havens scored the winning run from second base in the ninth inning on a strikeout by Zach Lutz. Havens, who hit a leadoff single and took second on a groundout, went to third when the third strike on Lutz got by catcher Robinson Chirinos, who fired to first for the out. Havens scored when pitcher Evan Meek failed to cover home for the throw from first baseman Chris McGuiness. … Josh Satin’s first-inning homer was Las Vegas’ lone hit and the game’s only run through seven innings. … Collin McHugh (2-2, 2.98 ERA) turned in a stellar start for Las Vegas (15-15), scattering five hits in seven scoreless innings. … Express shortstop Jurickson Profar, rated baseball’s top prospect by Baseball America and mlb.com, left in the sixth inning with an apparent left thumb injury. Manager Bobby Jones doesn’t believe the injury in serious and expects Profar to play today.
