Struve knocks out Miocic on England UFC card

Stefan Struve knocked out Stipe Miocic in the second round of a heavyweight main event on an Ultimate Fighting Championship card Saturday in Nottingham, England.

A big uppercut by Struve staggered Miocic near the cage, and Struve followed it up with a series of punches until the fight was stopped with Miocic dazed on his feet.

It was the fourth straight stoppage win for Struve and the first UFC loss for Miocic, in his fourth fight.

Las Vegan Dan Hardy, a Nottingham native, earned a unanimous decision over Amir Sadollah in a welterweight bout.
