Jorge Valdiviezo is the first Mexican on the Built Ford Tough Series, where the PBR’s best 35 riders compete. The 26-year-old competed in the Last Cowboy Standing this weekend at Las Vegas Village.

Jess Lockwood participated in the Last Cowboy Standing, the new bull-riding event added to the historic Helldorado Days this year. The 18-year-old advanced to the final round Saturday at the Las Vegas Village.

To gear up for the Las Vegas Helldorado Days and the Professional Bull Rider’s Last Cowboy Standing event, PBR is hosting its annual charity bull riding competition Thursday night on Fremont Street — the Last Media Standing.
Las Vegas will give its annual salute to the Wild West this weekend, as the annual cowboy-themed Helldorado Days marches back into the city.
