The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (H.R. 3684) includes $300 million to implement the Colorado River Drought Contingency Plans and reauthorizes the Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund, which pays for fisheries conservation as well as access improvements. (Doug Nielsen)
