Rebels’ postseason already on course

While his team was competing at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational in October in Dublin, Ohio, UNLV men’s golf coach Dwaine Knight arranged for the Rebels to play a practice round at the nearby Ohio State Golf Club’s Scarlet Course.

Jones’ bat, Richy’s arm power UNLV baseball to sweep of UNR

Justin Jones went 3-for-4 and drove in three runs as the UNLV baseball team pounded UNR 15-1 on Sunday in Reno. The Rebels (34-17, 16-11 Mountain West) completed a sweep of the three-game series with the Wolf Pack (24-27, 11-16) and posted their largest margin of victory over UNR since 1980.
