Mike Moser, a 6-foot-8-inch freshman forward from UCLA, announced he is transferring to play basketball at UNLV.
Moser, from Portland, Ore., was ranked as one of the nation’s top 100 high school players in the 2009 class. In his only season with the Bruins, Moser played in 15 of 32 games. After sitting out the 2010-11 season, he will have three years of eligibility remaining. He visited Las Vegas over the weekend before committing to Rebels coach Lon Kruger.
