Wranglers to open ECHL playoffs against top-seeded Alaska

The Wranglers will play the Alaska Aces in the first round of the ECHL Kelly Cup playoffs.

Alaska clinched the No. 1 seed with a victory over the Colorado Eagles on Friday. The eighth-seeded Wranglers will begin the best-of-7 series at Alaska’s Sullivan Arena at 8:15 p.m. Friday.

Las Vegas was 2-10-0-1 against the Aces this season, including a 1-4-0-1 mark at Sullivan Arena.

The Wranglers have regular-season games remaining at Stockton today and at Bakersfield on Sunday.
