Lena Blietz

Lena Blietz is an Austin, Texas native with experience covering news and sports across the country. She's a new arrival to Las Vegas with her cats, Tim Riggins and Six (big Friday Night Lights fan) and just adopted a rescue Great Dane, Sammy. Lena has a B.A. in journalism from T.C.U and earned her Master's degree in journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University. Her previous stops include TV stations in San Antonio, Austin Green Bay and Bozeman, as well as the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Lena's freelance work includes reporting from Ukraine in the first months of the Russian invasion.
