Solera at Stallion Mountain, a Del Webb age-qualifed golf course community in Las Vegas, is now 90 percent sold.
“There’s never been a better time to buy a new home at Solera,” said Linda Mamet, vice president of sales for Del Webb’s Southern California and Southern Nevada Division. “With homes starting from $146,990 and interest rates still at record lows, Solera offers an incredible lifestyle at an impressively affordable price in the heart of Las Vegas.”
Solera features five single-story, energy-efficient home designs, ranging from 1,155 to 1,716 square feet. Home choices offer as many as three bedrooms, two full baths, great rooms, two-car attached garages and covered back patios.
The gated neighborhood lies within the larger guard-gated Stallion Mountain community.
Resort-style amenities include a resident-exclusive, 10,000-square-foot recreation center that features a fitness center and aerobics studio, club and hobby rooms and gathering places. Outside are a pool and spa, tennis and bocce courts and open areas.
Mamet said the homes have been constructed to offer homeowners the highest standard of energy efficiency. Residents benefit from improved indoor air quality, lower heating and cooling costs and greater comfort, durability and quality, she said.
To visit Solera at Stallion Mountain, take U.S. Highway 95 to Flamingo Road and head east, past Nellis Boulevard to the entrance of Stallion Mountain on the left. Continue straight through the guard gate and follow the signs to the community.
