Aliante relies on information gallery

The Aliante Information Gallery offers information on what is completed in and what is planned for the North Las Vegas master-planned community.

The gallery features a large topographic model that is about 9 feet by 10 feet and is in an irregular shape that matches the exact perimeter of the community. This creates a visual and allows visitors to experience the community up close from various vantage points. The model also features a control panel with thousands of points of fiber-optic lighting to highlight the residential neighborhoods, parks, shopping centers, Goynes Elementary School and the future school sites, Aliante Library and the other completed and planned amenities.

The Aliante Information Gallery also features freestanding kiosks with community lifestyle-related information, as well as an interactive computer program that identifies some of the community's most popular amenities. The gallery also features an interactive niche with an educational computer program for children.

Developed by North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb, Aliante encompasses more than 1,900 acres. Home builders include Astoria, Del Webb, D.R. Horton, KB, Lennar, Pardee and Pulte. Homes are priced from mid-200,000s to the low $500,000s.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit east. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then a left onto the Beltway. Head east to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go south.

The Aliante Information Gallery is located near the southeast corner of I-215 and Aliante Parkway.

To visit, take U.S. 95 north to the I-215 Exit East. Head east on the I-215, exit at Aliante Parkway and proceed south. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
