Apple might raise the price of an iPhone by $100

Apple has started negotiating with carriers on a $100 price increase for the iPhone 6, according to an analyst.
Jefferies analyst Peter Misek told Business Insider the initial response to the request has been a “no,” but that could change as the year goes on.
Apple is rumored to be releasing two iPhones this year: One with a 4.7-inch screen and one with a 5..5-inch screen. It’s likely the price increase would apply to the larger phone.
