Pardee Homes is offering its final five homes at Ashwood in Nevada Trails, the last new-home neighborhood planned for the builder's signature southwest Las Vegas community.
Among the move-in ready homes at Ashwood is a Residence 3-C at home site No. 12, which measures 3,515 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths, bonus room and hobby room.
