Beazer expands south

Beazer has announced it will build three new neighborhoods during the next year within Las Vegas and Henderson.

■ Topaz in Las Vegas — Coming in early 2015, this community will offer the Regency series featuring three new floor plans ranging from 1,842 to 2,222 square feet. The community will provide a total of 44 homesites in a southern valley location on Warm Springs Road and Eastern Avenue. The subdivision will be near shopping and dining and has easy access to McCarran International Airport and the Strip.

■ Inspirada in Henderson —Beazer Homes Parks and Reliance series will be available for purchase next spring in this Henderson master-planned community. Designed with more than 80 acres of parks, this community accommodates many homesites and caters to many different lifestyles through its product offerings.

■ Champion Place in Henderson — Situated in Henderson, this gated community will offer the Quartette series of homes ranging from 1,363 to 1,773 square feet. Opening in late 2015, this community will provide single-family homes off Lake Mead Parkway.

■ The planned community of Weston Hills on Lake Mead Parkway and Mohawk Drive in Henderson, recently introduced the Opulence series of homes with a three-car garage.
