Beazer Homes’ Weston Hills builds on tradition paired with innovation

Beazer Homes' will unveil its fourth neighborhood, Quartette, in its Henderson community of Weston Hills, near year's end, according to sales agent June Allison Casey.

Selling at three Weston Hills neighborhoods -- Ventana, Rosabella and Mesa, the builder offers 10 floor plans, ranging from single- to two-story designs. Pricing begins in the mid-$200,000s.

Ventana at Weston Hills features three floor plans. A single-story design, the Nicola measures 1,472 square feet. Florence and Verona are two-story home plans of 1,661 and 1,880 square feet, respectively. Homes features up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The all two-story Rosabella neighborhood offers three home designs measuring 1,792 to 1,974 square feet.

Each floor plan includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with the option of up to four bedrooms and three baths, based on plan. Prices start in the low $300,000s.

Priced from the upper $300,000s, Mesa offers four floor plans, ranging from 1,948 to 3,253 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The Mojave plan is a single-story layout; Bluffs, Pointe and Terrace are two story designs.

Construction on the community's park has begun and it's scheduled to open this winter. The park site is adjacent to the planned Quartette neighborhood. Two baseball fields, a pair of tennis courts, a skate park, tot lot, splash zone and dog park also are planned. A walking trail will encircle common areas.

Beazer Homes is offering a Cool Homes Hot Savings promotion that allows home buyers to receive discount upgraded options on some home sites, according to Allison Casey.

To visit, take Lake Mead Parkway east and proceed about 1 1/2 miles past Boulder Highway. Turn left (north) on Mohawk Drive, following the signs to the sales office.

Model homes and sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday when they open at 1 p.m.
