For a limited time, new-home buyers can get as much as $20,000 toward upgrades and closing costs on move-in-ready homes during Century Communities’ new fall incentive program.
Rhodes Ranch and Westmont in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson are offering valuable incentives along with homes ready for move-in this fall.
“We have two homes that will be available for move-in next month,” Westmont sales associate Gail vanDeursen said. “One is our popular 2443 plan with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and many upgrades. The upgrades include beautiful flooring, upgraded countertops and upgraded kitchen cabinetry with crown molding. And the master bedroom includes a true luxury shower with a walk-in entrance, seating and double showerhead.”
This home also includes 9-foot ceilings on the first and second floor and a pool-sized backyard.
“Westmont is the perfect neighborhood for those who want the conveniences of urban living without the structure of a master plan,” vanDeursen said.
