Chapman gets spotlight on customer’s marquee

Scott Collins, owner of the Blind Tiger Bar and Grill on Sunset and Pecos roads, had an objective when stepping into the Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership — get the deal he wanted on a new vehicle.

He found it and drove off the lot in his 2014 Ram 1500. Collins trumpeted his satisfaction with a message on the marquee outside his business that read, “Chapman is the best.”

“I wanted to find a unique way to thank Chapman for the great customer service I experienced while shopping for my new car and for going the extra mile,” Collins said. “I knew the exact truck I was looking for and I had a budget in mind. I was on a mission to get a deal that would work for me and I wasn’t willing to compromise. I’m thankful Chapman gave me the opportunity to make that happen. They are really nice guys.”

Collins’ gratitude for the salesman who picked him up and dropped him off when he came to test drive his new Ram prompted the marquee message. The transportation help was important to Collins because he was between vehicles.
