Chapman parts director key to national ranking

Jeff Froehlich, parts director for Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Chapman Chrysler Jeep , knows it pays to be a morning person. Arriving at the office at 5:45 each morning, which often includes Saturdays, Froehlich oversees one of the largest volume automotive parts stores in the nation.

“I get to the office bright and early, before many people even wake up for the workday,” Froehlich said. “It’s important for me to be prepared for what the day has in store and make sure we’re in a ready position when the doors open.”

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram ranked No. 2 in the Chrysler West Business Center and in the top 20 in the Mopar Masters Guild. The store has more than $1 million in sales per month.

“Jeff’s focus on customer service contributes directly to our sales success. The Chapman Las Vegas stores carry more than just spark plugs and speedometers; guests can purchase a range of items from branded clothing to transmissions. They carry more than $1.5 million in inventory.

Froehlich has been selling parts at Chapman Las Vegas for 15 years.

When not slinging auto parts, Froehlich can be found spending weekends enjoying the outdoors with his wife and 14-year-old daughter.
