Club at Madeira Canyon to offer kitchen package

Del Webb's The Club at Madeira Canyon is offering a dream kitchen package on select homes purchased through Oct. 31. Homes start in the mid-$300,000s.

The guard-gated enclave is located within the 487-acre master-planned community of Madeira Canyon in the southern portion of Henderson and is adjacent to the Anthem master plan.

Homes at The Club range from 2,354 to 4,574 square feet and have as many as five bedrooms, 4½ baths, and two- or three-car garages. Plans call for great rooms, dens, lofts, game rooms and media rooms.
