Couple utilizes Hyundai Sonata for real estate business

The husband-and-wife real estate team of Daryll and Shana Reese own Premier Realty Group in Las Vegas, and a dependable vehicle is crucial to making sure their business operates smoothly, they said.

The couple, both native Las Vegans, recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Planet Hyundai, and they said they couldn't be happier with their purchase.

"The real estate industry is a seven-day-a-week, 24-hours-a-day job," said Shana Reese, whose specialty is in the mortgage business. "A dependable vehicle is very important to us for so many reasons.

"We were used to having high-end cars, and when the economy changed, we were looking for something more affordable. The Sonata has all of the same features as my old Lexus, and it's beautiful, too. All of our customers compliment the Sonata, especially those who are in the market for a new vehicle."

Shana Reese added that maintenance costs are also much cheaper with the Sonata.

"Our last oil change at Planet Hyundai was only $21," she said. "I love the stereo and with Bluetooth; my cell phone automatically connects to it. I don't ever have to touch my cell phone and that's a huge safety factor nowadays. The car comes with keyless entry and ignition, so I never have to take my keys out of my purse either.

"We have a 3-year-old and we feel very safe with him in the Sonata, which has a five-star safety rating."

The Sonata's performance is also a key factor, Daryll Reese said.

"It's great to drive," he said. "We have the four-cylinder engine and it handles like a high-end sports car. It looks fast, and we still get more than 30 miles a gallon on the freeway."

The couple has had the Sonata for about six months and used the vehicle for a recent trip to Disneyland.

"The Sonata handled so well and had plenty of power to get in and out of traffic," Daryll Reese said. "Shana gets to drive the car more than I do and I really appreciate the chance to get behind the wheel when I can."

The Hyundai brand has been lauded for having a 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. The warranty is the best of its kind in the business. The Reeses also lauded the 60,000-mile, 24-hour roadside assistance included with their purchase, along with a five-year, 60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty in addition to the 100,000-mile powertrain coverage.

The couple purchased the vehicle from Planet Hyundai sales consultant Robert Higdon.

"He did a great job," Daryll Reese said. "He explained every detail, and there was no pressure. I would definitely use him again."
