Desert Wind to open Vistas

Desert Wind Homes has three new communities in Las Vegas — Kobie Creek, Crossings and Vista in the northwest corner of the city. They are near shopping, schools, hospitals and parks.

With multiple floor plans, locations, and more customizable features the home buying experience is more personalized than ever, company officials said.

Take the homes at Kobie Creek for example. This community’s one- and two-story home options are popular among many different people.

Homes in this community start in the low $300,000s and include as many as five bedrooms, three bathrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen. This community offers two floor plans with about 3,000 square feet and a three-car garage and optional recreational vehicle parking.

Up the road from Kobie Creek is the family-friendly Crossings community. It is deliberately located near shopping centers, schools and parks.

Starting in the low $200,000s, each home has about 2,100 square feet. Featuring a first-level bedroom this home includes as many as five bedrooms, three rooms, a two-car garage and granite countertops in the kitchen.

The homes are near U.S. Highway 95, the Las Vegas Beltway and Interstate 15.

The Crossing does have some move-in-ready homes available.

A two-story home is available that includes three bedrooms, den, loft and 2½ baths priced in the low $200,000’s.

Coming soon is the Vista community. Located minutes from Crossings and Kobie Creek, Vista features two open floor plans with an optional bonus room, loft or fifth bedroom.

These homes include four bedrooms, as many as three baths with open floor plans. They are near outdoor recreation, shopping, schools, a hospital and parks.

Desert Wind Homes is offering a year end-bonus. If you contract in any of its communities before Dec. 31, a washer, dryer and refrigerator will be included with the home.
