DINING: Free cake today; mural unveiled Wednesday

  A free cake competition and tasting is scheduled for 5 p.m. today at Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas, 1451 Center Crossing Road. The competition is in celebration of the 20th birthday of Summerlin. Those attending will be able to sample the 50 cakes after the winners are announced.
