Looking for a Chinese seafood restaurant with a menu featuring shrimp, scallops, frog, oysters, clams, crab, squid, rock cod, jellyfish and more? This is the place. Among the entrees are deep-fried whole flounder, Kung Pao rock cod, seabass with salt and pepper, steamed frog with Chinese herbs, shrimp with scrambled eggs, scallops with cashew nuts, seafood chow mein, sautéed squid and oysters with ginger and scallions in a clay pot. There is much more, including bamboo with mustard greens, steak with Mandarin sauce, lamb hot pot, Oriental beef, pork chop with honey sauce, whole Imperial Peking duck, sweet and sour chicken and beef with bitter melon. Its going to take 5 to 10 minutes to review the entire menu with its assorted rice dishes, tofu and vegetarian entrees, soups (Supreme, thick corn, fish head and tofu, pork with thousand-year egg), Appetizers such as duck tongue with Chinese soy sauce and spicy duck feet, noodle selections meaning chow fun, chow mein and lo mein and dessert ices (pineapple, lychee and mixed fruit). Lunch specials are served from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Featured entrees begin at $7.95 and lunch specials at $4.95. HK Star Seafood is open from 11 a.m. to midnight daily.
