  Five of the city’s top chefs — Luciano Pellegrini of Valentino at The Venetian, Francois Payard of Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace, Shawn McClain of Sage at Aria, Claude Le Tohic of Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand and Julian Serrano of Picasso at Bellagio and Julian Serrano at Aria — will cook for a benefit dinner from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday in a local private home.
