There is so much to enjoy when deciding to eat Chinese, especially at China Roll, where there are more than 75 menu items, not counting sushi, teriyaki and curry bowls. Several specialties are crispy duck, Hong Kong noodle, pork chop with Peking sauce, jalapeno shrimp and chicken, salt and pepper calamari and Happy Family with beef, chicken, pork, shrimp and vegetables. New York chow mein with celery, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, bamboo shoots and crispy noodles can be made with chicken, beef, roast pork or shrimp. Other noodle dishes are pad Thai, Singapore noodles, chow fun and lo mein. Among the entrees are garlic chicken, orange beef, Szechwan pork, spicy salt shrimp, sesame chicken, beef mushroom, mapo tofu, walnut shrimp, Buddha's Delight and General Tso's chicken. There is egg foo yong, fried rice with peas, carrots, green onions and bean sprouts (add shrimp, beef, roast pork), soup (egg drop, vegetable tofu), appetizers (barbecue pork, pot stickers, wonton) and house combination plates served with chicken fried rice and egg roll. Featured sushi rolls are California, vegetable, Rainbow, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and Dragon. Entrees begin at $4.50 and combination plates at $5.95.
