Here's a place that has all my favorites: East Coast pizza, tasty Greek delicacies and wonderful desserts from the Vlastaris family vault of recipes. How can you stay away? Among the specialty pizzas are veggie Supreme, My Big Fat Greek (gyro, feta, onion, tomato), ranch chicken, spinach with ricotta and feta, and the DJ Hollywood made with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, mushroom, onions, green peppers, tomato and extra cheese. Featured Greek platters are the gyro plate, the house specialty moussaka with roasted eggplant, roasted potato, and ground beef topped with béchamel sauce and Parmesan, pasticcio (Greek lasagna) and souvlaki plate with skewers of beef and chicken. There are soups (lentil, avgolemono), strombolis, salads (Greek, tuna, Caesar) and sandwiches including chicken gyro, tuna or veggie pita and falafel. Popular appetizers include garlic knots, Greek fries with crumbled feta and oregano, hummus and dolmades, grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice, herbs and Greek spices. Desserts include baklava and rice pudding. Ask about daily specials and family pizza specials. Specialty pizzas begin at $9.50 and Greek platters at $7.95. DJ Hollywood's is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. -- Jack Bulavsky
