Fat Boy has a “Boyger” — that’s a homemade burger with patties handmade daily and veggies prepared as needed. Among the Boygers are cheese, double cheese, Monster cheese and Double Monster cheese. Several other Boygers (add bacon, ham or egg) are guacamole, Hawaiian, veggie, protein, turkey and pastrami with mustard, grilled onions, pickles and mayo. Popular sandwiches include BLT, spicy chicken, bacon and egg, chicken Philly, hot or cold ham sub and grilled ham and cheese. Discover “Boyrittos,” including chorizo and egg, wet, beef with red sauce and carne asada with cilantro, guacamole, onions and tomatoes. The menu also has beef or chicken nachos, garlic bread, vegetable quesadillas, huevos con chorizo with rice and beans, enchiladas, huevos rancheros and beef or chicken hard tacos. There are salads, pizzas and calzones with all the familiar toppings, wings, chicken fingers and desserts such as cheesecake, chocolate cake, milkshakes, (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry), smoothies and snow cones. Specials include four Boygers with a basket of fries and a 2-liter soda for $18.99 or 20 chicken nuggets for $5.29. Fat Boy is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
