If you like choices when ordering pizza, call Monte. There are 22 gourmet signature pies that can be ordered small, medium, large, extra large, jumbo or as the 28-inch giant. They include Greek, Meat Lovers, Sweet & Spicy (pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno), Chicken Alfredo, Italian (salami, broccoli, artichokes, oregano), Vegetarian, Chicken de Vegas (chicken breast, pepperoni, Italian sausage, banana peppers), Shrimp Alfredo and BBQ Chicken. There are regular pizzas with all the traditional toppings, White Pizza and calzones made with ricotta and mozzarella with marinara sauce on the side. Among the entrees are stuffed shells, manicotti, baby back ribs, Angels Delight Pasta (olive oil, diced tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic), chicken or eggplant parmigiana, fried shrimp and lasagna. There are hamburgers, wings and fingers, premium hot dogs (California, Spanish), hot and cold Italian subs served with fries or salad, cheese steaks (Philly, pizza, chicken), Italian wedding soup, minestrone and salads, including antipasto, Caesar, tuna and spinach. Desserts include Chocolate Mousse Cake and carrot cake. Lunch specials, starting at $5.95, are served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Signature pizzas begin at $7.95.
