Not all chicken wings are created equal. At Rounders, Atomic Wings are coated with a blend of three chili peppers: ghost, habanero and jalapeno. Eat 12 of these hot wings in 15 minutes and win a commemorative T-shirt and a spot on the Rounders Wall of Flame. If you’re able, enjoy other menu items such as flatbread pizzas, Tejano steak chili, seared Asian chicken lettuce wraps and San Francisco sourdough bowl with chicken, artichokes, mushrooms and spinach are sauteed in sherry-Dijon cream sauce and baked into the bread. Featured salads are Oriental chicken, seared ahi tuna, iceberg Gorgonzola steak and Mediterranean Market with grilled zucchini, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, feta and mozzarella in red wine vinaigrette. Among the sandwiches are Philly cheesesteak, Reuben, Tommy Knocker Burger (bacon, cheddar, grilled onions, mushrooms), K.C. Burger with pale ale barbecue sauce and turkey burger with Swiss on a pretzel bun. The No. 1 dessert is Banana Caramel Xango, where bananas and caramel cheesecake are flash-fried in a flour tortilla and served with warm caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
