Like you, I love my wings and order them plain with medium or hot sauce on the side. It's that simple. But what do you do when there are 40 sauces? I guess you just try each one. That's what The King of Wings owners want you to do as they consider themselves wing connoisseurs and have tasted and compared many wings for many years. All sauces are made fresh daily, as are the desserts. The three most popular flavors among the 40 are Garlic Parmesan, Jamaican Jerk Hot and Lemon Pepper Dry. That leaves 37 more, including Mesquite Barbecue, Spicy Teriyaki, Chili Lime, Spicy Mustard, Sweet 'n Sour, Apple Barbecue, Curry, Chipotle, Honey Habanero and Cajun Hot. Sides include fresh-cut french fries, baked beans, potato salad, Jalapeno Bombers, fried pickles, macaroni and cheese, and Hawaiian rolls. Three desserts are red velvet cake, peach cobbler and Too Much Chocolate Cake. Be sure to ask about the Hell Challenge. Six wings start at $4.49, and 500 wings (with all 40 flavors) are $269.99.
