Dunhill’s master-planned communities offer amenities
Dunhill Homes is helping home shoppers start the year on the right foot with dozens of new floor plans, amenities for the winter months and a New Year Special promotion that could save them thousands of dollars.
"A Dunhill Homes community is the perfect place to live and play in the new year," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes. "From our 24-hour, guard-gated entrance to a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, residents are transported from the congestion of the city to a spacious luxury resort-style community."
The builder's New Year Special sale offers as much as $12,500 that can be used toward options or closing costs.
"Depending on the home, you could save thousands on closing costs or options to further personalize our already flexible homes," Soucie said.
Rhodes Ranch in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson offer residents recreation centers with dozens of indoor and outdoor activities.
"Whether you like to work out, socialize or relax with a good book, you never need to leave your own neighborhood," Soucie said. "And during the winter months there is never a shortage of fitness opportunities, from our spacious workout rooms to indoor basketball courts, racquetball courts and classrooms for group classes."
"The homes are already value priced, starting at just $129,990 in Tuscany Village and $184,990 in Rhodes Ranch," Soucie said. "We introduced more than two dozen plans less than a year ago, with modern designs in both single- and two-story styles in both communities. The new floor plans are modern, energy efficient and just beautiful. I encourage you to start the new year out right and stop by to check them out."
Inside Dunhill Homes' recreation center at Rhodes Ranch are dozens of options for fitness and socializing. Residents have access to a workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length, indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts. They can also enjoy the center's social area with plush seating, fireplace, a library with books donated by residents, pool tables, card games and meeting rooms.
In addition to the guard-gated entrance, walking trails, recreation center and award-winning golf courses, both communities have waived local and special improvement district fees to homeowners.
"By paying for the master plan improvements, Dunhill Homes allows residents to save thousands over the life span of the home," Soucie said.
