Dunhill’s sales event at Rhodes Ranch draws hundreds

The grand sales event at Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, last Saturday drew hundreds of guests that previewed models, enjoyed free refreshments and took advantage of the builder's current financial incentives worth thousands.

"It was an incredible turnout and a perfect way for home shoppers to spend the day," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes. "Guests at our grand sales event previewed nine fully decorated model homes that we recently opened and were designed with the modern homebuyer in mind. They also enjoyed the popular street food trucks Tasty Bunz and Sliders while finding out how much they can save on a new Dunhill home this month."

Dunhill Homes is offering its spring financial incentives through March 18.

Rhodes Ranch is one of Southern Nevada's most popular master-planned communities with 12 single- and two-story floor plans to choose from. Homes range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,990.

"A crowd of so many at our grand sales event shows that people are not only buying new homes this year, but know that the best value in Southern Nevada is with Dunhill Homes," Soucie said. "No other homebuilder offers award-winning homes with this many luxury amenities at such affordable prices."

Dunhill Homes' two local master plans include dozens of amenities to complement their residential offerings.

Rhodes Ranch and Henderson's Tuscany Village offer homeowners a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance, championship golf courses and 35,000-square-foot recreation centers.

In addition, the builder does not pass along LIDs or SIDs (special improvement district fees) at either community to homeowners.

Both communities also feature full-size gyms, resort and lap pools, indoor basketball, squash courts, tennis courts, and kids' play parks.

"All of these amenities are included for far less than what most communities charge in homeowners association fees every month," Soucie said. "With country club amenities at non-country club prices, there is no better value than with Dunhill Homes."

At Saturday's event, home shoppers viewed the model homes at Rhodes Ranch and learned about the builder's standard features, which are included in the price of the homes.

Among the most popular features were the builder's oversized garages, standard paver driveways and signature valet, featured in nearly every floor plan.

Dunhill designed the valet as a place residents can sit and take off their shoes, store mail, hang keys, hang coats and store items they need when they arrive or depart their homes.

Every home at Rhodes Ranch also includes standard features such as cooking islands, granite kitchen countertops, beech wood cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

"If you are in the market for a new home, I encourage you to stop by Rhodes Ranch before March 18 to see how much you can save," Soucie said. "The community is conveniently located near Durango Drive and the South I-215 Beltway."

Every new home at Rhodes Ranch is certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program.

This certification requires specific efficiency measures, such as energy-efficient insulation, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual-pane, low-emissivity, argon gas, vinyl windows.

To visit Rhodes Ranch, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Majors, located at 223 Honors Course Drive.

The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information, call 740-4111 or visit www.dunhillhomes.com.
