Esplanade throws pool-side grand opening event

Esplanade by Warmington Homes Nevada will host a pool-side grand opening celebration today from noon to 3 p.m., marking the introduction of new models within the condominium and townhome-style development.

The event will include food, refreshments and music. Tours and demonstrations of home features will be held throughout the day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The development offers The Metro Collection, from the $170,000s and The Plaza Collection from the $200,000s.

"Esplanade is designed to offer its residents a very relaxed and recreation-based lifestyle," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Homes Nevada.

The gated development includes the community amenities of pool, spa, clubhouse and fitness center.

Both The Metro and The Plaza Collection offer beech cabinetry, Corian kitchen countertops with integrated sinks, lofts, mini-blinds on most windows and vertical blinds on sliding glass doors.

The Metro Collection floor plans measure from 894 to 1,381 square feet with one to three bedrooms and up to two baths. Each Metro residence includes assigned parking, covered patios and/or balconies. The Plaza Collection offers townhome-style homes ranging from 1,212 to 1,713 square feet with up to three bedrooms and three baths, lofts, patios and decks and up to two-space direct access garages.

Standard appointments include formal living and dining rooms, kitchens with a Whirlpool appliance package including self-cleaning slide-in gas range, microwave hood and multi-cycle dishwasher. Interior laundry areas and master suites with soaking tub and separate shower enclosure are available, per plan.

Decorative options may include two-toned interior paint colors, mirrored wardrobe doors, connectivity packages, granite countertops and/or upgraded cabinetry finishes.

The resort-style pool and spa offer a cabana area and landscaping with connecting walkways. The grounds include a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, multi-station weight training machine and televisions.
