Family favors Montclaire by Pardee Homes in Henderson location

The Gutierrez family has many reasons for buying their home in Montclaire by Pardee Homes. According to Fatima and Lee Gutierrez, it is the most convenient location for their family. According to their 6-year-old son, Jared, he is excited about having his own room and painting it green, complete with a recycle bin. Their older son, Jacob, 8, said he likes having a new home right across from the neighborhood park.
Pardee Homes' Montclaire gated neighborhood is located in a well-established area of Henderson off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street. Homes at Montclaire start from $288,000.
"From the pediatrician to our parents, every which way we go out of the community is somewhere we always go," said Fatima Gutierrez, a senior law enforcement support technician for Metropolitan Police Department.
The Gutierrez family chose Montclaire's Plan Two home with three bedrooms, three baths, loft, den and three-car tandem garage. Jacob Gutierrez's first project was to set up their Wii in the loft.
"Pardee is an excellent builder," said Lee Gutierrez, who works on information technology for MGM Resorts International. He said he appreciated the Pardee Homes buying process from sales agents to customer service. "They went above and beyond to take care of every little thing and they were with us every step. We were impressed with the whole process."
Montclaire features six plans that range from 2,368 to 3,959 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths.
All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, including those at Montclaire.
"Our research shows that being conscious of energy and resource use is important to our buyers," said Pardee Homes regional sales director Rob Tuvell. "LivingSmart provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources in our new homes."
Montclaire Plan One measures 2,368 square feet in a single-story design with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom. The home also can be built with an optional master bedroom retreat.
Plan Two at Montclaire measures 2,786 square feet in a two-story design with a three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with as many as six bedrooms and three baths.
Montclaire Plan Three measures as much as 3,380 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths and two-car garage in a two-story design. The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom suite with bath and an optional media room/optional fifth bedroom and loft or bath in lieu of the standard bonus room.
Plan Four measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 2½ baths. The two-story home has a three-car garage, laundry/hobby room or optional four-car tandem garage, bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom.
Montclaire Plan Five is available in two versions -- Five and FiveX. Plan Five measures 3,449 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, three-car garage, library and loft while the Plan FiveX measures 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms and as many as four baths, loft and library plus three-car garage.
To reach Montclaire, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge. Follow Horizon Ridge west then turn left on Jeffreys. The entrance is ahead, on the left.
