Findlay Toyota prides itself on customer service, maintenance

Findlay Toyota prides itself on not being your average dealership.

The company has done its part to keep Toyotas rolling over the road through superb vehicle maintenance and service. Its 165,000-square-foot facility has 100 service bays and, at present, 30 certified technicians that minimize customer inconvenience.

The dealership, located inside the Valley Automall at 7733 Eastgate Road in Henderson, also has the Camry Café delicatessen and a kids' play area dubbed Fort Findlay. And there are courtesy vehicles to shuttle customers to their destination when needed.

"Toyota spends $1 million an hour on research and development for safer, longer-lasting vehicles," said Findlay Toyota General Manager Rich Abajian. "The Toyota Camry has been the best-selling car in America for 13 of the last 14 years. Over 90 percent of all Toyota Camrys sold since 1995 are still on the road."

At Findlay Toyota, the standard oil change takes only 30 to 40 minutes, thanks to eight quick-lube bays specifically geared toward routine maintenance. The dealer is also investing $300,000 for added staff and equipment that enhance the overall Findlay Toyota experience.

"We want to make certain our customers experience the quickest and most professional service possible. We value customer loyalty," said Abajian. "We will be adding 30 to 40 new technicians, nearly doubling our current number of service professionals.

"We will also be adding six new courtesy shuttles over the next five months to reduce wait times. We listen to our customers, which is why we're expanding within the dealership and improving our facility."

Findlay Toyota is ranked the No. 1 new car dealer by sales in a six-state mountain region, according to the company.
