Ford Country saleswoman earns honor

Sherri Anderson has been awarded with one of the highest awards presented by Ford Motor Co. She is the only Ford sales consultant in Nevada to reach the top level in the company’s Employee Excellence program.

The program recognizes elite sales professionals for their attention to training certification, sales and delivering top customer service. There are four levels of awards in the program and only the top 3 percent reach the highest level.

“Sherri is truly a superstar,” said Bill Bosnos, general sales manager. “She is the epitome of a true sales professional and gets consistent results by providing the customer with world-class customer service by placing the customer first.”

Anderson started with Ford Country in May 2009 and was named the Sales Person of the Year for 2010, 2011 and 2012.

“Working with Sherri makes my job easier” said Chris Montana, sales manager. “When you have a salesperson that takes care of their customers the way Sherri does, it takes a lot of the stress away.”

Anderson also heads the dealership’s Women to Women Sales Experience, which is for women who feel more comfortable dealing with a woman while making their buying decision.

Bosnos said Anderson is living proof of Ford Country’s motto: “Everything we do is driven by you.”
