Fretwell’s selection: City makes right move
Betsy Fretwell was an excellent choice as the new City Manager of Las Vegas. She not only has plenty of management experience, but she also knows all of City Hall’s intricacies and intrigues.
She will replace Doug Selby in January. If the vallley’s economy doesn’t start to perk up, Fretwell will have her hands full just trying to avoid layoffs.
